3H Spotlights Step-Up Intern
3H Group spotlights one of our Step-Up Chattanooga Interns, Key’asia Sands. Key’asia is a rising junior at Brainerd High School. She’s been working hard at the Comfort Inn, alongside General Manager Danielle Clemons, Executive Housekeeper Renika Hinton, and front desk Saleeta Ellis. Keyasia says she’s learned a lot about hospitality because of the close friendships she’s developed with the team. GM Danielle Clemons says Key’asia is a hard worker and goes “wherever she’s needed.”
3H Group is proud to be a partner with Step-Up Chattanooga, a non-profit that places working-age students in paid internships with Chattanooga companies. Students are chosen by school counselors and are then selected to participate in summer internships. Before summer begins, students participate in workshops to prepare them. They then build important workplace skills that set them apart as they finish their high school careers.
