Director of Properties, Larry Dugger, Retires
Our beloved Director of Properties, Larry Dugger, retired on December 31 of 2018. To show him how loved he is, 3H threw him a party on December 20 at our monthly staff meeting. Many team members from near and far gathered to wish him well on this new chapter in his life.

Hiren Desai, president

Chipp Frame, GM of Hampton Inn Orlando North Altamonte Springs presented Larry with a beautiful, handcrafted wooden pen to celebrate his love of woodworking. Larry spent many weeks in Altamonte Springs, as he often did at new properties, getting to know the team members while fixing their issues. Larry was so loved that several hotel teams sent in videos thanking him and telling him how much they will miss him.

Moxy Chattanooga Downtown’s Kacey Swindell presented Larry with a tall YETI mug. Inside was a small, stuffed goat. “We’re giving Larry this gift because he always had a cup of coffee. And because Larry is the GOAT!”

Larry is the Greatest of All Time, and no one knows that better than his wife, Debbie. She’s been waiting quite a while to have his talent for “getting things done” all to herself. She presented a 6-foot-long, Santa-style “honey-do” list of chores she has around the house to keep Larry busy. “These are all real things!” she insisted.

We at 3H Group want to thank Larry for his years of service. We will miss him every day. Enjoy your retirement, Larry!
